All client sessions are strictly scheduled in advance via WhatsApp. We do not support drop-in visits to respect client confidentiality.

Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy

A £20 fee applies for late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or non-attendance. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or change your appointment slot. This allows us to offer the reserved time to another sister or brother in need of treatment.
