Your First Visit

Everything you need to know before you arrive at our clinic.

A Warm Welcome

Our Strict Gender Isolation Policy

If this is your first Hijamah session it is completely normal to feel unsure about what to expect. This page walks you through everything from how to prepare to what happens during and after your session so you arrive feeling calm, informed, and ready.

1. Before Your Session

Eating & Drinking

Avoid eating heavy raw meals for at least 2–3 hours list before your appointment slot. Stay well-hydrated with pure water beforehand to ensure blood flow is relaxed.

Clinic Clothing

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that is easy to adjust. Easy access to your shoulder blades and upper spine is essential for point treatment.

State of Wudu

If possible, we highly encourage coming in a state of spiritual cleanliness (wudu). It is not a strict condition for therapy, but it is highly recommended.

What to Bring

No specialized medical supplies are needed. If you are taking any specific medications or have historical health files, please feel free to bring them.

2. During Your Session

Confidential Custom Consultation

Every session begins with a brief evaluation of your current physical complaints, systemic symptoms, and general medical history. We discuss which focal points will yield the best results. All discussion remains strictly confidential.

Safe Suction and Micro-Incision Steps

First, medical cups are set on agreed body locations, creating a subtle, comfortable pulling suction on your skin (not painful, just a light stretch). Cups are taken off, and extremely superficial microscopic incisions are applied. The cups are placed back over those lines to draw stagnant fluid and blood with precise, sterile vacuum pressure.

Duration & Care

The entire treatment typically lasts 30 to 45 minutes. We maintain a slow, respectful pace to ensure you never feel rushed or uncomfortable.

3. After Your Session (Summary)

Directly after cupping, you should rest for 30 minutes, hydrate with warm water, avoid bathing or showering for 24 hours, and rub pure organic black seed oil over the incision locations.

Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy

A £20 fee applies for late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or non-attendance. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or change your appointment slot. This allows us to offer the reserved time to another sister or brother in need of treatment.
